Each year, the Iowa Council of Foundations (as the Lead Philanthropic Entity) and the Iowa Department of Economic Development prepare and submit a report to the Iowa Legislature and Governor on the Endow Iowa and County Endowment Fund Programs.  This report highlights activity seen in calendar year 2007.
